Experience - I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1978 with a Business Degree and stayed to finish my Accounting studies in December, 1980. I worked for Blue Coss Blue Shield in Chapel Hill as an Accounting Manager for seven years (Dec 1980 - Apr, 1988) and obtained by CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 1984.
- I started working for Fonville Morisey Realty in April, 1988 and believe it is the best company in the Triangle!
- As you will notice from my achievements below, I have been predominately a listing agent with over 65% of my sales being from listing homes for sale. However, I really enjoy working with buyers as well, making sure their home purchase is a sound investment in addition to finding the right home for them.
- I was born and raised in ChapelHill/Carrboro so I bring a local history to the buying and selling process.
